Overview
Northshore Mold Remediation operates as a referral coordination service. We do not perform mold remediation work directly. When you submit a request, we review your needs and arrange for an independent local mold remediation specialist to contact you with a quote and availability.
Work is completed by independent local mold remediations in and around Louisiana Northshore and surrounding areas. We review your request and arrange for a suitable mold remediation to contact you with a quote and availability.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and the mold issue. You are responsible for evaluating the specialist assigned to your request and for any agreement you enter into with them.
You understand that the specialist operates independently. Any contract for work, payment terms, scheduling, and service delivery are between you and the specialist.
Our Role
We facilitate introductions between property owners and mold remediation specialists. We do not guarantee availability, response times, pricing, or work quality. We do not supervise or control how specialists perform their work.
We may receive a referral fee from specialists when work is completed. This fee does not affect the price you pay.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of independent specialists. We make no warranties about the suitability, qualifications, or performance of any specialist we arrange.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for property damage, personal injury, or financial loss arising from work performed by a specialist.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
